Welcome to Arpita's Cookbook<br /><br />Today's Recipe : Aloo Potol r Dalna (Bengali Cuisine)<br /><br />Ingredients :<br />Potato - 1 large diced<br />Potol/Parwal/Pointed Gourd - 500 gms (Diced)<br />Finely chopped onion - 4<br />Turmeric Powder <br />Salt as per taste<br />Green chilli - 2 (whole)<br />Bay leaf - 2<br />Cinnamon stick - 1/4 inch<br />Cloves - 3-4<br />Black Cardamom -1<br />Cow ghee - 4tsp<br />You can also use oil to cook.But will need 2 tsp of cow ghee to add at the finishing touch to this recipe for better taste.<br />For the masala paste :<br />Garlic - 10 cloves<br />Coriander seeds/Dhania -1/2 tsp<br />Cumin seeds/Jeera - 1/4 tsp<br />Ginger - 1/4 inch<br />Tomato - 1 large chopped<br />Finely chopped onion - 1tsp<br />Kashmiri Red chilli - 1 (You can take as per your taste)<br /><br />How to cook the dish<br /><br />Step by Step demonstrated in the video.<br /><br />You can serve it with Roti/Rice/Pulao/Puri or Parantha.You can also add paneer to make it more enriching & add a dose of protein.<br /><br />Hope you liked this video.Please like and share your comment/experience once you make this dish.<br /><br />If you haven't subscribed my channel,please do so.It will motivate me.<br /><br />Stay tuned for my next recipe.Stay safe<br /><br />Stay Happy & Stay Healthy!!!
